I am responsible for the overall decisions and operations of the company. I serve as the public face of the company. The responsibility of setting the culture of the company rests as well in my hands.

I am responsible for overseeing the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.

I am responsible for the development and creative designs of the blog. I plan, organize, and manage the overall layout and production design for advertising and marketing. Also, my job is to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

I am  responsible for helping the team members with the technical aspects of their jobs, such as coding and programming. Also, I'm the one who explains the projects to the team and troubleshoot any problems that occur. 

I am responsible for managing the employee life cycle at our workplace. I make sure the workplace is a safe environment for all our staff, and I also implement strategies in recruiting, training, and keeping skilled employees.

I am responsible for managing a group of customer service staff to assist in daily operations and help with customer issues. I am one of the representatives who manage high-level customer complaints and provide immediate resolution and disputes.
